You're probably here as a new user, so here's the back story:

The Administrator feels that he should have his own wiki for people to run amok on. Since January '07 (not constant service), OKSW has been a place for people to share there ideas and test stuff. The site's software is always cutting-edge, directly out of the svn tree.
